Last look at 2013 - Welcome 2014

I don't even know where to start. Throughout this year, I've learned so much about myself and about the world. I've had the best times and the worst. "The good things don't always soften the bad things, but vice-versa, the bad things don't necessarily spoil the good things and make them unimportant." Doctor Who - Vincent and the Doctor

You know, I wanted to make a post about 2013, but I wanted it to mean something. I didn't want to just say a typical "I had such a great year, can't wait for the next!"  From January 1st- December 31st - today- it's just unexpected an interesting.  You don't always know what the year has in store for you and how it's gonna affect your life. 1 year ago today, I remember basically what I was doing. I was sitting at home talking to a certain person and sad that we couldn't go out let alone see each other. I brought in the new year in my bedroom and watched the ball dropped live in New York City when it was their time to bring in the new year and again when the repeat of it was on and we celebrated 2013.

I would like to say thank you 2013 for a good year. You gave me an awful lot of horrible moments, but it's the lessons that I got out of it I am so thankful for. I hope I continue to grow as I did this year.

To 2014:

I am truly excited for you. I know I'm terribly sad that 2013 is ending but that happens every year. I hope 2014 is all that I think of it and more.
I can't wait to see what music comes out and becomes my favorite, what friendships I'll create, the memories and experiences that will come, the concerts I'll see, VidCon and Comic Con!! and the rest.

Please, just please don't have the year go by so fast like this year did. I'm not ready to experience New Year 2015 let alone 2014.

I'm going to enjoy the last 2 and a half hours of 2013.
Thanks so much 2013. It's been great!
2014, when the time comes, LET'S DO THIS!

Happy New Year from where ever you are in the world.

Happy Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving!
For those of you who don’t really remember what that’s giving is about besides really yummy food, let me tell you.  Back during the pilgrim days, break away English men were celebrating the food that we had. We also joined forces with Native Americans and both shared our food. They gave “thanks” to the things that they had and their lives.
So, the abridge part of Thanksgiving.
Enjoy the Thanksgiving Parade! 87 Years!
Here’s some things I’m thankful for:
My family
My earnings from work
My youth
My education
My pets
My future
My happiness
BBC America.
Books
Tea
Coffee
What are some things you are thankful for?

I hope all Americans have a Happy Thanksgiving.  To the rest of the world, I hope you enjoy another day of November but I hope you have thanks in your mind today :)

Doctor Who 50th Anniversary Special (WARNING Contains Spoilers Sweetie)

I loved the 50th anniversary of Doctor Who. It was amazing.
Here are some comments:
1. I thought Billie Piper was actually playing Rose Tyler, not the moments facade.
I was really excited to have see them together and the interaction between the two but I think that would hurt both the 10th  Doctor and Rose.
2. Seeing 10 and 11 together was amazing. I love all the little bits between them and the inside jokes.
3. I wish Captain Jack, River Song, and Rory and Amy were in the special but you can't put everyone in it.
4. I thought the ending with Tom Baker was amazing but I don't know how he can retire in a museum. I was kinda confused on that.
5. I'm really excited that the three Doctor's reversed destroying all the Time Lords and that they are somewhere out in an alternate universe. I'm so excited to see the 12th Doctor go and look for Gallifrey.
6. Queen Elizabeth I really fancy's the 10th Doctor (I mean who doesn't)
7. I got really excited when we got to see David Tennant's Tardis again.
8. I get really sad each moment I think that Matt Smith only has 1 more episode left.
9. All 3 doctor's acting was phenomenal.
10. We got to see a glimpse of Peter Capaldi!
11. Let Zygons be Zygons. ;P
12. The ending was the greatest moment in Doctor Who History.

Things I Learned: First Kiss

Today I'm going to talk about first kisses. I just want to address especially to youngins that there is not certain age to have your first kiss. It just happens. I've seen online people that are 12 years old saying they haven't had their first kiss. First of all, you are 12. I was still a kid at 12. I was in the 6th grade. I've always been a hopeless romantic and had that fairy tale dream when I was younger about lovveee. I've never had felt bad because I haven't dated anyone or kissed anyone. It will happen, don't rush. I know there's this thing in our bodies that naturally make us have these feelings which I'm not going into, but once you hit puberty (Oh yeah I said that weird word) all these feelings come to you and you start to turn into a crazy confused teenager. Teenage years are hard to get through because so much happens at that time. Luckily since I'm a legal adult now and have been for 9 months now, I'm almost out of the teenage years but have had my fair share from them. Don't get me wrong being an adult is okay an all and I haven't even started getting into it, I miss being a kid not a teenager, but let's not get into that.

Basically all I'm saying is enjoy being a kid. Don't worry about relationships and kisses and stuff. It's too complicated already especially since your body is maturing. Focus on having fun and doing good. Even high school relations are just weird. When people are teenagers, it's hard to say what real and what you actually feel. Don't worry about relationships. Get out in the world and enjoy life with friends. There is plenty of time later in lfe when you will deal with that. To be frank, I'm just so happy being single and of course there is a part of me that misses the feeling of being in a relationship (the science part) that makes me feel that way because of human nature, but I'm truly happy.

The reason I started writing this post is because Joey Graceffa, is one of the most wonderful human beings I've ever seen, he's healthy and in shape, he's funny, he good looking and beautiful hair and teeth etc... didn't get kissed until he was 20. 20. So there you have it. If you haven't been kissed or been in a relationship, please do me favor, and stop worrying about it. I want all of you out there to live your life, travel, do whatever it is that makes you happy and forget about relationships for now. Wait til you are older and more mature to handle them and the right time in your life. Relationships are not the reason for life. Yes, it's needed to produce more people but our world now is so much different than it used to back a long time ago. Have fun, hang out with friends, work on schooling, work on getting your life on then start then when you're ready. Don't do it cause you're lonely or sad. One person does not make your whole happiness.
Live your life.

Space.

There are very few times that I look outside and look at the stars. I don't know why I rarely look. It is absolutely beautiful looking up at the stars.  Tonight, the clouds were there but weren't real thick. The clouds added to the picture and looked sort of like gray galaxies. I wish I could take a picture but sadly I haven't mastered the art of night time photography and someone still has my tripod. I wish I had the ability to just lay down on something conformable outside and just look up and stare at the stars for like an hour. I think if I did that I would start thinking about deep things. Well, deeper things. I went outside for two minutes and decide to write a blog post about space.  Space is just so beautiful. It's simple yet so complex. It's sublime. There is just so many thoughts about space.
You know how for a lot of words, there's a mental and physical idea about that word? Space is not one of them - and if it is, I have not come to that conclusion. But for now, Space can only be one thing. Distance between objects and the most basic knowledge of Space - positive and negative. You really can't think of Space as a mental idea. It's entirely physical. There is only two ways you can have space. You can either have negative space or positive.
My midnight rant.

VidCon 2014

As some of you may know if you watch Youtube like it's TV, you'll know that VidCon registration started today.
If you don't know what VidCon is, it's basically a video convention that happens in Anaheim California which  is just below Los Angels Area for a weekend. There's loads of Youtubers there from viewers to Youtube starts. There's booths, signings, panels, dance parties and loads of other fun stuff. You can buy a community pass or a industrial pass. A community pass is basically the basic level of entry and get to experience the general events. The industrial pass is for people such as Youtubers and others can get to gets special excess to panels and workshops.
And it's safe to say that I'm officially a VidCon 2014 Attendee. Words can't describe the happiness that came onto my face when I saw the conformation. If you would like to go to VidCon or watch Youtube videos and have access to go to Anaheim, California next summer, go to http://vidcon.com/
The super early price for community pass is $100. It goes up in time.
I've seen bits and previews about how VidCon works. I'm so excited for next summer! Let me know if you're going to VidCon. It would be interesting to see how many people that read my blog (if any) are going!

November!

I can't believe it's November already! Time goes by so fast. Everyone's already talking about Christmas. Look, I love the holidays and the Christmas season but, everyone seems to forget about Thanksgiving and how it's a fall holiday. It's still fall. Fall runs from September to November. Winter doesn't start til December. The fact that everyone is talking about Christmas and the end of the year makes me sad. I'm always sad about a year ending, but happy for the next. I just wanted to have everyone enjoy what's left of fall. I would say that my favorite season is fall. Don't wish away the year. Enjoy it while you can.
Stop making time go by faster, I don't want to be 19 yet. I'm perfectly content with enjoying fall as my 18 year old self.

Thirty Seconds to Mars

Sorry that this post has been delayed! I've had a really quick and busy week!

So I absolutely loved seeing 30 Seconds to Mars! They are my favorite band at then moment! Seeing them in concert was co amazing. Even though we missed 5 songs, I still had a great time. If you would like to download 30 Seconds to Mars go to https://beta.vyrt.com/mars and you can download the biggest US 30 Seconds to Mars show!
Here are so pictures from the night!

This is going to one long post.
The band and especially Jared has impacted me so much this week. I've been watching interviews, concerts and more. Jared Leto has this great mindset on life that's similar to what I want my life to be like. He is inspiring me so much and I love him for that. I look up to him and his music. I could go on and on about this.
Anyway, I'm really excited about his new movie Dallas Buyers Club. If you haven't heard of it, you should now. Here's the trailer! I highly recommend you go and see it! Jared Leto is Oscar worthy in this movie! Movie come out November 1st!

And last but not least, If you love 30 Seconds to Mars as much as I do, go vote for them at http://northamerica.mtvema.com/#cat=best-alternative as many times as It will let you!
Alright. Enough of me.

October!

Okay, so I don't know about you, but I freaking love October!
It's my favorite month of the year and Halloween is my favorite holiday! I'm so excited for the fall and I don't think I have ever been excited for fall before. I love Christmas time and the holidays so much, but for the first time I don't want it to come yet. I really just want to enjoy fall. I do want it to become colder. I loove how beautiful everything looks.

Argo

I gotta say, I went back and forth wondering if I should see Argo. I'm really glad I did. It is such a great movie. I can finally see why it won Best Picture at the Oscars. Ben Affleck did I really great job directing. I think it's really cool the resemblance of both the movie and the real story it's based on.
I know that when Hollywood makes films based on true historical events, not all of it will be true.
I think Argo though was a great repensetation of the story. I think movies like this bring a lot of attention to people that don't pay attention to or weren't around like I was to see historical events like Iran rebels taking down the U.S embassy and taking American hostages. This was truly a great film.

Dancing With The Stars Season 17 Premiere

I'm so excited about DWTS 17. There is so many people I knew already. For a first night, it was pretty amazing. There is some talented people on there.  I'm excited to see what the new pros bring to the show. I think we will see Corbin Blue and Amber Riley go far. I'm excited to see next weeks episode. Monday's episode blew me away. These people can dance.

Youtubers

My first blog post was about Youtubers. I wrote about a few people that I liked to watch on Youtube. I like their content of videos. Then I wrote another post about more Youtubers I started watching.
Youtube is sorta of my television now. I hardly watch television and I have this tiny television in my room that I've had for 11 years and it was my first television.
Youtubers to some people may seem like a fun way to spend their time when they don't know what to do and try to entertain themselves. For me, it's that but also something else. I'm starting to realize that most(if not all) Youtubers that I watch have something in common. They had not many friends in school and they were some what shy. I would consider them sorta like my group of friends from high school in drama. A few months ago, I was going through some emotional times. And before that, I started watching Youtube. I started out with watching one person and then it grew onto about 15-20 people that I watch now on a daily basis and my subscriber box went from
very few to 122 subscriptions. (I don't watch all of them but I'll watch a few of them every now and then.)
Youtubers mean a lot more to me than others might think. Through these tough times, I still feel like I have friends but in a one side kind of way. They give me advice and I kinda hang out with them. The point is, if anyone wonders why I watch so much Youtube right now, it's because (I don't want to sound lame) but they are kinda like my friends. Anyway... yeah. Well hope that explains that.

OneRepublic and Sara Bareilles

Last night I went to see Sara Bareilles and OneRepublic.
It was so incredible. The energy was so great. I love the set and the designs. It was at the Open Air Theater at SDSU (San Diego State University). I started sweating a little because I was jumping around so much and mind you this was outside in 70 degree weather. It was so amazing. They sound even better live and they are so talented, it's ridiculous  The amount of talent on that stage was insane. There was crazy string action and mad piano skills and amazing and perfect voices. I had so much fun and I go to concerts a lot. They were the best concert I've ever been to and I've been to about 12 concerts. I highly recommend seeing them if you have the chance. It was like a big party. I loved it.

The Spectacular Now

I highly recommend this movie. I saw this movie August 29th. I was so incredibly impressed with this film.
The Basics:
It's a love story.
It's a coming of age movie.
It's a movie that teaches a lot about yourself.
It's not a movie about the alcohol.
It's rated R for language, sexual content and alcohol.
It might make you cry.
The the ending of the movie isn't like the book (or so I've heard.)
I haven't read the book but I will.
But this movie teaches you a lot and I think people should see it.
AND the writer from 500 Days of Summer wrote the screenplay.
Shailene Woodley and Miles Teller are amazing actors and have such great chemistry.
I think it's a fantastic movie and I hope it gets recognize by the Academy.

Positivity

Sometimes when you're feeling down and you're in the place in your life where you just not feeling, you just don't know what to do. It's as if you're waiting for something or for time to pass. I think you should always be hopeful. When I'm feeling down, I just always remind myself that there is something in the future that's better than this. Even if you don't know what's gonna happen in your future, you should be hopeful. It's hard believing something good is going to happen and relying on faith. It's hard. But I think being hopeful that something good is going to happen is better than being depressed. So just try your best because you might be mad that you left something to go on to another thing and you're not happy and you think you should go back, but when one door closes another one opens. Good things take time to get. Unless your this weird person that gets good things all the time. But as I heard in the 7th grade, there is something good that comes out of the bad things. It just takes time to get.

Human Emotions

Obviously, I'm not old enough to understand a lot about human emotions.
This is just in my opinion.
I don't understand how people can cheat and live with themselves as
nothing ever happen and continue to do it.
As a hopeless romantic, I would never ever imagine cheating on a person.
If you don't think you're compatible with a person, you should break it off
as harmless as you can. Then you make the decision on who you want to be with.
If you're mad and confused, think about your actions before you proceed with them. I hate when I see people hide this from their significant other. It makes me so mad when I see it happen even on television because I think of all the lost love there is. I'm still trying to understand the concept of losing love or falling out of it. Because as of right now, I believe that if you fall out of love, you never fell in love in the first place. You just loved someone (if that). And there is different kinds of love. Love for a spouse or boyfriend/girlfriend is different than love for your friends or your family. The fact that someone doesn't make an effort to see if you're okay or you're doing fine makes you question if they ever loved you or if it was real.
Love is very complicated. It's an emotion and a feeling, not something you think about or say because you feel like you should. Love is a reaction and a connection.

And I've heard "when you love someone, you just know it."
Well, it's up to us to see if that theory is really true and what it lives up to be.

Things I Learned Series: Your best self.

I've learned that no matter if you are the most bubbly outgoing person on Earth or
the most to yourself introvert, people will always judge you.
I don't mean to say this in a negative way.
It's just human nature.
We may not mean it on even know that it's happening but we do it anyway.
You should always be yourself because that's what makes you happy.
Why try to be something your not just to try to impress people that judge you cause you aren't a certain way.
Be your best self.
